Our deliveries are planned and scheduled to suit your needs. Ensuring that we deliver your order to you when and where you need it, typically same day or next. A valuable part of our service, delivered as standard especially where orders are required to be delivered across multiple sites and internal locations or at specific times.
Deliveries are made using our own fleet of vehicles and driver team in addition to our selected supply partners to improve the cost and effectiveness of delivery. Building local knowledge and a better understanding of our customers needs and delivery points.
Our online portal enables you to both manage the status of any order 24×7, giving you added peace of mind, and of course our team are only a phone call away if you have any questions or need to know more about our transport and delivery service.
As a business based on the beautiful Isle of Wight – a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, we are reminded daily of the important role we play in protecting the environment, something reflected in our approach to transport and delivery.
Delivery Planning and Intelligent Routing enables us to plan the most effective route for each and every delivery run. This factors in the type of vehicle, to minimise fuel use and maximise range for our electric vehicles in addition to taking into account road closures and conditions.
Our growing electric vehicle fleet is charged from our own array of 77 solar panels on the roofs of our offices and warehouse complex, reducing the use of fossil fuels.
Our own flexible fleet ensures we use the right vehicle for scheduled deliveries, maximising loads and ease of delivery, especially for large or heavy items. This includes a range of electric vehicles, large box vans and vehicles with tail-lift.
