Here at Betapak we take great pride in our employees’ development. The company’s mission is to reward its employees with a dynamic, challenging, rewarding and safe work environment, where pride and excellence are the hallmarks of our operation.

Every employee is treated as an individual, giving them the opportunity, support and training to develop their potential. As a result, 92% of staff have achieved, or are studying for, external qualifications during their time with Betapak to support the extensive internal training which all staff receive.

We have been recognised for our employee development by the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce and highly commended in the annual awards for excellence for the past three years in a row.

Employee development is fundamental to the company’s commitment to deliver outstanding customer service and to save our customers time and money, which allows them to focus on building their own businesses.


Through this training, Betapak has achieved major operational success by being able to offer 99.9% availability on stock lines. We are able to meet any supply need, covering more than 120,000 products with next day delivery and providing the skilled service that customers need.


Betapak is fully committed to employing apprentices. In fact, 25% of staff are current or former apprentices with the company – a figure of which we are immensely proud.

Our staff make a point of being thoroughly professional and courteous, as well as friendly and approachable. They are proud of what they do, both as a company and individually.
